The real tragedy of justice is that it can effortlessly be used to deceive,
to create a false image, and to construct deceitful structures.
It is as clear as day that justice can be used as a monster
to create a living hell and the destruction of innocent people’s lives.
The simple example with which the website begins, that Liam Allan barely escapes by the skin of his teeth and that the prosecutor Jerry Hayes said ‘it came very near to a wrongful conviction.’ The prosecutor describes Liam Allan as a person with good character.
In addition, there was evidence, the download from the phone of the girl who falsly accused Liam Allan, on a DVD, and so on. Despite everything, Liam Allan got into trouble, solely due to the questionable functioning of the judiciary.
The same goes for Brian Banks, who was wrongly imprisoned for 6 years and had to deal with an ankle monitor for years, due to the malfunctioning of his lawyer.
The case of DSK in New York. He claimed that it was consensual sex with the chambermaid, despite it being clear to everyone who knows the case’s details that DSK was entirely at fault. Thanks to top lawyer Benjamin Brafman, DSK was released from prison.
A top lawyer against an uneducated individual who couldn’t read or write, as an immigrant from Africa who already had a very tough life. It was a walk in the park for Brafman to undermine her credibility. The chambermaid faced circumstances where she was helpless against a lawyer whose specialty is to lure someone into a trap through questioning until the person breaks, similar to what happens in a false confession.
The abundance of examples on the website where the justice system fails to distinguish between guilt and innocence is the cause of masses of people ending up in prison innocently or being wrongly convicted.
The justice system degenerates into a system where people are artificially pitted against each other, and escalation occurs instead of resolving anything. This is particularly evident when dealing with a simple matter.
The videos below regarding Leonard Mack, who is exonerated after nearly 50 years following a conviction and a 7-year prison sentence, illustrate the tragedy of justice when a part of its functioning is deceptively pieced together. Idem for Gerardo Cabanillas.

The website illustrates in an abundance of examples
that one can use various means to unsettle a legal event,
resulting in human dramas that are indescribable in words.
5 Wrongfully convicted man released after spending 28 years behind bars
27 sep 2023
A man convicted of robbery, kidnapping and sexual assault has been released from prison after 28 years after it was determined he was wrongfully convicted, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Last week, the conviction of Gerardo Cabanillas was vacated after evidence was reexamined by the DA’s Office Conviction Integrity Unit. In a press release issued Tuesday afternoon, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón called Cabanillas’ imprisonment a “grave injustice.”

Gerardo Cabanillas was wrongfully convicted of rape, robbery and kidnapping in 1995, and after spending nearly 30 years in prison he was finally exonerated due to a DNA test that showed he never committed the crime.
What we observe in an abundance of examples on the homepage and throughout the website:
justice can strike like a thunderbolt in a person’s life and everything is over.
It’s an embedded pattern in a weak justice system.
It can easily be misused.
The result is disastrous.
