Coming from Australia, had no idea of the horrendous pain that the Mothers, Children and Families have and continue to suffer. Here in Australia, the Royal Commission into Instutional Child (sexual) Abuse- Inquiry period, 13/01/2013 – 15/12/2017. With the findings resulting in Archbishop Pells now being charged. Whilst the Royal Commission was “targeting”, for the want of a better word, specific cases, I wonder if this same “type” of inquiry could be undertaken in Ireland. Just a thought. Thank you outis888 for posting this sad, indeed necessary truth. I am in awe and indeed inspired at and by, the incredible resiliance of the kind hearted Irish Peoples I observed.
