Drivers are faced with a mean looking skunk as they try to pay their parking meter. Terrified of being sprayed, they avoid the metre and run away to avoid the stink. The ticket agent – and skunk enthusiast – shows up and gives them a ticket for not paying quickly enough. He even scoops up the adorable little stinker and pets it, showing these prank victims there’s nothing to worry about with this skunk.
