3 On the Soul and the Honesty of a Child
There is something unmistakably pure in the honesty of a young child. Before they learn the art of concealment or the pressure to please, their words emerge with a kind of fearless clarity. It is not calculated truth, but natural truth — the kind that simply is. In this, we sense something deeper than innocence: we sense the presence of the soul.
Many traditions speak of the soul as being unblemished at birth, untouched by the weight of the world. A child, in their open-hearted wonder and unfiltered sincerity, seems to carry that purity still on the surface. When they speak, there is no mask. Their confusion is honest, their curiosity unguarded, their affection without condition. We do not trust them because they are perfect, but because they have not yet learned how to pretend.
This honesty is not just endearing — it is revealing. It shows us something essential about the human spirit before it is shaped by fear, shame, or conformity. In a child’s simple truths, we glimpse what it means to live in harmony with one’s soul — to say what one sees, to feel what one feels, without duplicity.
As life unfolds, that clarity often dims. Layers of caution and strategy settle in. But perhaps the journey of the soul is not away from that original state, but a slow and conscious return to it — not naïveté, but truthfulness reclaimed through wisdom.

4 Justice and the Human Soul
When we move from the innocence of a child to the hardened world of adults — where truth is often bent, weaponized, or buried — the soul does not vanish, but it suffers. Especially in the presence of the destructive kind of lawyer: one who uses intellect not in service of justice, but in pursuit of dominance. One who crafts arguments not to uncover truth, but to silence it.
In such a world, the soul is not destroyed outright. It is denied, suffocated, pushed into silence. The person may continue to function, even succeed outwardly, but inwardly, something begins to wither. The soul, which thrives on honesty, empathy, and the search for meaning, cannot breathe in a world built on manipulation and fear.
Some learn to live without listening to their soul. Others feel the deep ache of disconnection — a sense that something essential is being lost. In extreme cases, people lose sight of what it even means to act with integrity. Their moral compass doesn’t just waver — it disappears. What remains is strategy without conscience, intellect without wisdom.
But the soul is not fragile in the way we think. It retreats, it waits, it grieves — but it does not entirely die. And sometimes, even in the darkest places — a courtroom filled with cold ambition, or a boardroom where justice is treated as an inconvenience — a single act of truth, a flicker of conscience, can begin to awaken it again.

5 From the Soul of a Child to the Tool of Evil
The soul of a child is full of light — truthful not because it has learned to be, but because it simply is. It does not calculate, it does not hide. In a child’s honesty, we feel something sacred: a connection to the soul in its purest form.
But what happens as we grow? What happens when the soul is trained not to speak truth, but to win? Not to protect the innocent, but to protect the institution? In the real world, some lawyers — not all, but some — become something very dangerous: not seekers of justice, but tools of destruction.
Take the case of Ryan Ferguson, imprisoned at 17 and locked away through his twenties. His life was not just taken by error, but by a lawyer who became cold, detached, and dangerously strategic — a “dry” lawyer, as some describe. The law became a weapon, and the lawyer became its willing hand. In that courtroom, the soul was not absent — it was ignored, suppressed, or twisted.
In such moments, the courtroom becomes the opposite of what it should be. It becomes a place where the truth is not sought, but silenced. Where the innocent are not protected, but sacrificed. And the lawyer, once trained to stand for justice, becomes a tool of evil — whether by design or neglect.
And so we return to the contrast: the child, whose soul speaks without filter, and the adult, who may learn to suppress the soul in service of power. But even then, the soul does not die. It watches. It waits. It carries the weight of what we’ve done — or what we’ve failed to stop.

En zo keren we terug naar het contrast: het kind, wiens ziel spreekt zonder masker, en de volwassene, die leert zijn ziel te onderdrukken in dienst van macht. Maar zelfs dan sterft de ziel niet. Ze kijkt toe. Ze wacht. Ze draagt het gewicht van wat we gedaan hebben — of van wat we hebben laten gebeuren.
6 The Image of Justice vs. Its Reality
When Sir Brian Langstaff released his damning report into the infected blood scandal, his words did more than expose institutional failure — they confronted us with something darker: willful blindness. Thousands of people, including children, were not simply harmed. Their lives were knowingly destroyed.
Langstaff’s statements made one thing clear: this was not a case of honest error. It was preventable. And yet, people in power chose to look away.
That same willful blindness lives on in other corners of the justice system. We see it in courtrooms where destructive lawyers operate unchecked — not seeking truth, but victory. In cases that could easily be resolved or even prevented, harm is inflicted instead. Cold strategy replaces conscience. Procedure becomes a shield for injustice.
So we must ask: what is really happening in that domain? What is justice really, beyond the image we are given? The rituals, the titles, the polished language — they all look impressive. But when justice is reduced to performance, when humanity is stripped from the process, the law becomes a stage for cruelty.
What we know is only the tip of the iceberg. Beneath the surface lies a pattern: truth ignored, harm enabled, and institutions more interested in protecting themselves than in protecting people. Until we confront that reality, we cannot speak of justice — only of its illusion.
That’s why the question cuts so deep:
What is really happening in that domain?
What lies behind the professional suits, the polite courtrooms, the solemn rituals of justice? What kind of hidden rot has been normalized — hidden behind procedure, respectability, and legal strategy?

7 Truth Matters – Especially When Lives Are at Stake
Nobody wants to be fed lies. It’s better to be honest when you see how the justice system disfigures people by imprisoning them when they’re innocent.
When justice goes wrong, it goes quite wrong.
Not only e.g. Raphael Rowe is a sign on the wall, all examples throughout the website are an indication and a serious warning.
Calling something like this an exception is wrong!
Transparency and truthfulness are crucial to prevent the injustice of imprisoning those who haven’t committed any crimes.
