The women and children got harshly punished and the men who created those children went on with their happy lives! How unjust!
WomensArmyCorps Veteran
How many of these poor mothers were victims of rape and incest and were made to suffer and pay for a sin they never committed. It’s all so heartbreaking for the mother’s and their babies. There has to be a special punishment for the people who perpetrated these atrocities.
Jen L
The lack of compassion shown these poor innocent children is appalling and breaks my heart.

This hits home really hard. No, I’m not Irish or Catholic, but I too am a child who was born out of wedlock, and into a similarly hyper-religious, morality-driven, Puritanical dynamic. This stuff IS NOT okay. The psychological and emotional impact on a mother facing such shame and disgust is ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING to herself, AND her relationship with her child…especially should she choose to keep it. If she’s never dealt with her own trauma and abuse, she may be too preoccupied with being a victim to be a mother. She may in turn “smother” her child with her fears to protect them, or even detach and neglect the child (aka “the reminder of her failure”) entirely. Furthermore, it can also lead the child to feel remorse for existing, though it wasn’t even their choice to exist to begin with. I just hope anyone and everyone out there who can also relate to the subject matter within this video is safe, and getting the help they need (and deserve) to live life to its fullest, whatever that may entail. ❤

I am a teen mom. My baby was born 3 months after my 16th birthday. I had to fight to keep my baby. I was lucky to have parents who were in my corner and supported my decision to keep my baby. My heart breaks for Terri. I’m so sorry your baby was kidnapped from you. I’m 40 now and my son is 24.

In my church (Texas, USA) we help unwed mothers or mothers pregnant at difficult or stressful times. Things have really changed in some areas. There is much more emphasis on love & acceptance than judgment & shaming. I pray this will be the response in all Catholic & Christian churches throughout the world. We must value all life, no matter how that life was conceived.
Mercy
It is very humbling to think that had I been born somewhere else, in a different time…. I would have probably died or been sold like cattle by the hands of the church. My family were Catholic, and despite being unmarried, conceived me. They chose to stay together, unmarried, and raised me as a family until I was 5 years old, where they finally got married, and later conceived my sister. A bastard child, and a “godly” child. If I were born in this time (just a decade or two before my birth) or somewhere else, my mother may have been forced to give me up whether or not she wanted to. I can’t imagine that. I just question the role of fathers in all of this. Were there no young men who were willing to marry the mother of their child when the pregnancy was discovered? As my grandfather did with my grandmother? Or did they want to but were denied the option by the family of the mother? Were there no punishments or shame attached to these young men for siring such children? Why did the church solely target the young girls, other than misogyny, with seemingly no heed or sour words for the gentlemen who caused this scenario in the first place? How can a church, who has so long claimed to love and protect all lives, to be against abortion because it the killing of an innocent life…turn around and mistreat, abuse, neglect, and in many ways…kill these same infants? Were they against (and until extremely recently) abortion or birth control solely for a false sense of morality, but more so for the profit they stood to make by selling these “unwanted” (many were indeed wanted by their mothers) children? It almost seems like a profit machine of taking options away from these young women, causing them to fall to these conditions after making a very human mistake… then trapping them in labor homes, where they can then sell off the products of these young women? (their children and their labor) I’m sorry but I cannot get the image of a heffer house, of these women, like cattle being corralled into a barn to be prodded, forced to give birth and then have their child stripped of them…then to be further milked for everything they have for YEARS before being disposed of when the church no longer has further need of them. I’m grateful every day that I was born to the parent’s I have, in the area/family I have, and in a time where a bastard child can be simply…. A child.
Kara Williamson
To each and every child that we failed… We are so sorry. You were special and important and you all deserved better 💔🕯💔🕯💔
Beverly Hall
Thank you for all your work. May the names of all the children be in a place people can go to show respect and pray for them. Horrible piece of history. So sad.
Nika B.
Ugh this irritates my soul! They try to be so holy and look down on those who they think are sinners. When in fact they are the sinners who Casting wicked judgment! All life should be loved and cherished!
Bruce Stewart
My father was an episcapal minister…a man of the cloth and a Godly human. These so-called nuns and priests had no business being any of the above!
Russell Hobson
I am sharing this. This is such a sickening catastrophe of these poor innocent babies and their mothers
Irish Sakura
This is disgusting. The church has an obligation to identify and mark the babies that are buried there. Not only for moral reasons but for the relatives of that child.
terry ford
This poor man has suffered all his life, GOD BLESS YOU DEREK!!💞💔💕
Pam Bowen
The suffering and pain that those babies went through! Starving, rotten diapers, illnesses, neglect…unimaginable horrors. Hell just isn’t hot enough for the adults involved, and they will all surely burn in Hell. Ireland may sweep it under the rug, but God will be their judge and jury.
Gimmeadress
I think the saddest thing is that the same nuns ran a hospital in Tuam as well as this mother and baby home. So depending on circumstances your illegitimate baby was born in the home and dumped in the septic tank or your legitimate baby was born in the Bon Secours hospital and brought home to live. It’s terribly sad.
Common Sense
Heartless and hopelessly tragic. I’m so very sorry for the horrific pain perpetrated upon these mothers and children. Peace to those still living and to those dead. Edit: I have to add that the outrage I feel is acute. Especially as a Catholic (American sure but Catholic school and all) this is NOT how I was taught Jesus and Mary meant for us to be. Jesus wept. Truly. We are meant to love not judge. I have to stop bc I have WAY too much to say and it will become a horrible diatribe nobody needs that. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌷🌷🌷🌷
Nick Hancock
When will these Catholic churches and their staff ever be held accountable for the sick an ungodly atrocities that seem to be mounting up? It’s always swept under the rug. It’s been going on since the church started.
Purity Benson
The first man described my life of shame and being blamed for things I had no control over. I was hated the moment I was born
Ugarte G
Far too many children for it to just have been “malnourish”. All of those nuns and priest must be held accountable if they are still alive.
yolanda neely
I attended private catholic schools, I promised my children would never be tended by mean nuns who lack the capacity to love. May these little innocent Angel’s be with God.🙏
Cotton Tails
No babies or children are born of shame. They are beautiful Gifts.
cynthia peake
Its infuriating that they didnt go after the males who impregnated these women and punished them as well. Especially since they probably played a bigger part in this happening to begin with, either by force or cohesion.
Shane's World
Not going to start a fight about religious beliefs and churches etc but the video speaks for itself. 😢

Do not allow evil to hide under any umbrella.
Ekaterina
It’s our moral duty to share this on every platform. We owe this to these innocent, defenceless babies!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Patty Dalton
Ignorance and stupidness of adults always reflect children, RIP all the little angels
QuEeN Mama Bear
This is HORRIFIC why isnt the church paying to have those babies Buried properly and Anyone involved LOCKED UP SICK JESUS
Jo Clawson
I pray that all those babies who are now angels were able to grant their mothers a sense of peace in their despair. I couldn’t imagine the pain those mothers and babies went through. God give us peace, hope and serenity.
Marj Nussby
I’m sure it’s is not only Ireland. Whereever these, and any crimes, have occurred within the church; they should be investigated and all living criminals should be exposed and made accountable. God bless all the moms and children who lived this horror. I’m so happy for the mom who saved the hair and was reunited with her son.
Hanneke Franke
Unbelievable that conditions like that still existed less than 50 years ago. And why people still listen to the church and the priests I cannot imagine!
Amanda Snider
I say, shove all the evidence in the Pope’s face and do it when cameras are watching and force him to address it.
truth hurts
So wait, having a baby out of wedlock was criminal, but the murder of hundreds of babies was not?!…….”Strong Delusions”!!!
Stephanie Torres
This is criminally tragic!! So sad!! God knows the truth! Do not think that our heavenly father will not be the world’s judge!!
John Mc
This is embarrassing to humans.
Deb V
The shame is on the people who perpetuated the neglect and abuse of the children and mothers.
Ireland Irish
May God Grant all those baby Angels eternal peace and joy in the gardens of Glory 🙏🙏👼👼💖💖
Crime ghost
Just discarded like they have no sole. RIP little babies.
Skalli83
It’s incredibly heartbreaking and disturbing that there’s a playground next to the burial site
Alysen Cameron
Deep down the people who inflicted this horror story know that if Jesus were alive today he would be saying, “Not in my name do you inflict this sorrow”. We all know that he would do more than fiip the money tables.
steemdup
Nowadays it’s called illegitimate parents. Back then it was easy to blame the child, so that the parents could continue to sin. Unconscionable that Ireland has turned its back on behavior that was condoned for centuries. These babies and children suffered the consequences for irresponsible, immoral, and cruel adults. This is the real sin.
Judi Clark
I wish I could say this was unbelievable
diane johnstone
Omg those poor babies dumped like rubbish how can someone even get away with that these nuns ran these places and are people of god how can they treat people like that diagusting
Corky Cobon
May God bless and keep those precious babies. May he also ease the suffering of the poor mothers that had to endure hell on earth.
Bonnie Liedtka
It makes me sick that nuns abused innocent babies and killing them may they be burning in hell. RIP little Angels 🙏
Evelyn Burton
It’s so unfathomable that the murderers of these tiny innocent children are people of God. This is so horrible. They should take responsibility for their crimes. 😡
Fely Pc
So many horrors has been done in the name of God with the leadership of men. The victims? Women and children . I hope these ones who are putting pressure on the government of Ireland becomes successful.
Lucky Lucky
So what happened to the men who got them pregnant? Why do women and children have to go through hell. What the heck.
Clarissa
Not very much news from Ireland makes its way to America but I do remember hearing about this when it came to light.
Lisamarie Kerr
I was born in a mother and baby home and then was moved to another one when I was older, but the first one I was too young to know what was happening in the first one,but from what I was told from the first one is haunting. The second one I remember vividly like it was yesterday then subsequently was put into foster care and things got way worse from there. It is heartbreaking from the things I know but I’m extremely grateful that I am extremely lucky to be alive. R.I.P. to the children who died in these homes.
Sara Patch
And now most ppl don’t get married and have children! What a heartbreaking thing back then😔
Ben McReynolds
Geeze, I can’t believe that they had a system that would track down women who visited family abroad and force them to go into a home and your baby taken away from you, then treated terribly, even by family being made a disgrace… It’s absurd and absolutely awful. Just make peace to the community and lift up the dead who have felt forgotten and abandoned as embarrassing objects… They deserve better. Lay them at rest, allow the community to heal. Stop running from it Ireland. My family lineage and line’s come from there and I’m deeply ashamed that more so we don’t just have better decency today, and act on this like the priest issue and grow and evolve. You won’t hurt anything, the damage is already done, so act better in the year 2021 for the sake that all that is holy… Just give things the green light, I’m sure there’s plenty of people who are motivated to help with this issue. It will almost be the closest thing to a symbolic healing that anyone in Ireland could possibly have. No point in trying to hide the shame when it’s already widely known so move on to healing. Come on….
Ace Carson
I can totally understand those who turn to Atheism after watching such a tragedy.
strydom4
Vengeance is mine, says the Lord. We cannot judge, but man, my heart aches.
Audrey Terry
Why is there no outrage toward the fathers of these children that abandoned and/or used the mothers. The Catholic church may have fault here, but so do the men who impregnated these girls/women. Irish men.
BJ Giauque
I was one of these babies, born in sin, fortunately for me my grandparents took me in until my mother found a husband, but then I did the same thing and then my mother behaved the same as these nuns. All she could say is I had to be punished and punish me she did. The world was pure evil back then. I know people think we are bad now but we are no way as bad as we were. So there is hope. I’m now 73 and I can still cry myself to sleep. That’s how bad it was. I could barely make it though this documentary.
Holly Treacy
How can anyone here know peace until the Church is held accountable for its long history of abhorrent crime? Its disgusting.
Lew Thrasher
I can’t even comprehend such a thing happening to that many children. So many children that could have been adopted by parents that are unable to have children of their own.
Syrexis
I was the first bastard in my family. They joked about leaving me out in the woods to die all the time. They were catholic. It blows my mind that if I had been born in a different time, this could have happened to me.
mol
Let’s hope everyone involved in abusing these poor children, especially the evil nuns, are rotting in the hell they justly deserve. It’s a pity they couldn’t be convicted as the murderers the were, and died in jail as felons. Shame on them ! ! !
Tacy Hemenway
Thanks for getting me thru yet another work day full of rx’s and lots of encounters
Betty Gitzke
This is sickening, how horrific to hold babies accountable for there mothers did…..
Melonie Murillo
Shame on the Catholic Church, the nuns, the Government of Ireland and anyone else involved in the mistreatment of these women and their babies.
Kris James
Those dear little souls. So much suffering from people that were meant to be serving God. Shame on them. May the children now rest in peace amd safety with their Father in heaven 😢😢🙏🙏🙏💐💐
Bruce Stewart
How the hell could nothing have been done? I cant wrap my head around this at all!! Just left these poor little things in the ground? No real buriel? And what has become of the monsters who ran this pathetic, shameful institution? Ungodly!
Kathy Davenport
These poor innocent sweet children rest in peace in jesus christ arms. The one’s who did this should be ashamed of themselves this is horrific the poor mom’s just brokenhearted. I feel for all of them. Please bring this to the light. Let it be known.
Boshowa 0
I wish I knew who did the song at the end of the video. I can’t seem to find it or who did it. It’s the perfect ending song for this maddening and depressing video. I cannot believe people simply want to bury what happened as if it was just something to shrug off.
Maria Mendoza
It is a shame that any society or culture can so easily condemn little children to die in such wretched conditions for the perceived sins of their mother. But these mothers did not experience immaculate conception, please note that none of the fathers of these children were condemned in the same manner, as with most society’s the brunt and burden lay with the mothers and their children. Conviction of ALL THOSE INVOLVED in these atrocities should be first and foremost because I do not believe that these 800 are the only ones who suffered this fate. This video mentions other similar facilities nearby, there should be restitution to the mothers if they are still alive and if not then their children should receive these monies, the church should also formally and publicly apologize to the victims. Jesus or GOD had nothing to do with this, these crimes were all committed by men and women because of IGNORANCE and GREED.
Carrie Ferguson
“In Jesus Name”, what a sick thing! Trust me, Canada was no better with what we/they did in residential schools!
Lucia Seacreature
Its unbelievable how nuns abused these poor mothers and poor babies
joy ovenden
Makes me so ashamed to be a Catholic. Now a lapsed Catholic though. The stigma of illegitimacy was terrible back then especially in Ireland. I think the money gained from selling the babies had quite a bit to do with it. Nuns have always scared me, they still do and I am 76. They have all closed ranks and I don’t think the truth will ever come out.

Snippets from the Wikipedia page: In October 2018, the Irish government announced that it would introduce legislation to facilitate a full excavation of the mass grave and site, and for forensic DNA testing to be carried out on the remains, at a cost estimated to be between €6 and €13 million. The Mother and Baby Home Commission finalised its report in 2020, and it was published in January 2021. The Bon Secours Sisters issued an apology in the wake of the report’s publication, stating “We did not live up to our Christianity when running the Home. On 3 June 2015, the Irish Examiner published a special report which claimed that the Health Services Executive (HSE) had voiced concerns in 2012 that up to a thousand children may have been trafficked from the home, and recommending that the then health minister, James Reilly, be informed so that “a fully fledged, fully resourced forensic investigation and state inquiry” could be launched. The final report of the Commission was submitted to the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration & Youth on 30 October 2020, and was published on 12 January 2021. The report detailed an “appalling level of infant mortality at mother-and-baby homes,” and said “in the years before 1960 mother-and-baby homes did not save the lives of ‘illegitimate’ children; in fact, they appear to have significantly reduced their prospects of survival”, stating that 9,000 children had died in the 18 institutions covered by the Commission’s terms of reference, between 1922 and 1998 – an infant mortality rate almost double that of the general population – and one in seven died. It was also announced that the Taoiseach, Micheál Martin, would apologise to survivors on behalf of the state.

These were women and men of God, they used it to inflict torture and pain. They were evil to the core and shame on those who take no accountability. Ireland biggest shame. RIP to all those precious Angels and children who suffered every type of abuse and sending much love to all those who suffered and have the strength to get up everyday.

I went to a posh catholic convent school in England aged 9. The nuns taught me the TRUE meaning of Hypocritical, Sanctimonious and Corrupt before I knew the actual words! In my experience, most nuns and priests are cop-outs. Trying to live an un-natural life appears to lead many on to the path of preying on the vulnerable for their satisfaction – all in the name of a cult! Find me a religion whose only goal is to promote Love, Empathy, Kindness, Forgiveness and Respect for others feelings and beliefs – and I will no longer consider myself an Athiest.

I Think The Graves Should Be Shored Up, And All Of The 👶👶Should Be Left To Rest N Peace Together Right Where They Are. The Land Should Be Declared/ Designated As Cemetery Law/ Land. The Cemetery Land Should Be Maintained In Perpetuity By The Catholic Church.
Jackie Carter
RIP Sweet Beautiful little Babies! God bless you all always! You are always loved and always remembered! Jesus’love’s me this I know for the Bible tells me so. Amen

To ERR Is Human; To Try To Cover It Up Is Even MORE Human !! This Is So Sad !! I Too, You Was Born Out Of WedLock, And Got Adopted @ 3 MOs. I DID Get A Most Wonderful Mother & Father Who Had Already Adopted My Brother !! That Being Said, I’ve Always Known That I Could Have Been Passed To Any Number Of Persons . . . . . I Have Always Wanted To Adopt A Child. !! 🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊

With so many people using sites like ancestor sites many people are finding that they can find the family they came from. Then it becomes the story that they were told so it would be a very distressing for all concerned. My sister had a child 40 years ago and she never told anyone who was the father possibly not knowing herself but my niece has indeed found who her real father is and she is in contact with him and slowly building a relationship
Snufkin Hollow
As if the Irish Government had not caused enough despicable pain and suffering with its complicity in the Roman Catholic Church’s various human rights abuses, when the report in the Mother and Baby Homes was released earlier this year (2021) its contents were an insult to all those who suffered – and that is putting it mildly. Amongst many other disgusting oversights it claimed to have found ‘no evidence’ of forced adoption and it did not make a large amount of the report public. To date, it has also refused to acknowledge the ‘alternative review’ compiled by 25 experts who were compelled to challenge the findings of the report. Make no mistake, Ireland may be all too ready to point to the atrocities inflicted on it by others but it is a long way from facing up to the self-inflicted atrocities caused by the power of the Church.

💔😱💔 **THIS IS SO TERRIBLY HORRIFIC AND MACABRE!!! DON’T WORRY YOU BEAUTIFUL BLESSED SOULS, ONLY GOD CAN GIVE LIFE, AS ONLY GOD HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE LIFE!! ONE THING FOR CERTAIN, AND TWO THINGS FOR SURE; THEY WILL HAVE TO STAND IN JUDGEMENT BEFORE GOD!!** 😢💔😱💔😭
Howard Conover
How many times has religion especially the Catholic Church been involved in ruthless human rights violations and specifically children justified in the Name of God. No wonder people have turned away
Grufnit
Justice for the children.
Suzy Quatro
If having religions are only for pride not for passion & love toward God & human beings – it will become hypocrisy not purity … And that’s selfishness … Selfishness is ignorance toward human beings … And that’s the real sin … May RIP baby Angels ❤❤

Imposters claims faith in God but flee or attack/persue harming you once you tell them that they doing/wearing something God hate or disapprove , the damnds of them keeps doing it .
Emily Oliver
This makes me so angry. I have a 4 month old nephew and to just think to throw him away. That is disturbingly messed up. It makes me sick. The fact that women get punished for having sex outside of marriage, but the men that impregnated them go on living their lives. That’s a double edged sword. Even today there is stigma about women having sex outside of marriage. It’s so stupid. How can you even punish the child too? Imagine taking your soul out of your body for a minute and think hypothetically. Your soul could have been placed in any body. You didn’t choose which one to place it into. It just happened to be placed into your body. These children didn’t choose to be born to their parents. It’s like I say about racism. Taking all of the history out of racism and looking at it for what it is (discrimination of race from another race), it just happens that people formed the idea that white is pure. It could have just as easily been flipped. Again, you do not choose the color of your skin. You could have easily been a different pigment hypothetically speaking.
S. Oz
The church has a lot to answer to. Using the kids for their own pleasure and dumping their bodies. SHAME ON THEM. Separating the babies and kids from their mothers, HOW EVIL IS THAT. It’s called Evil House. It’s all about POWER > MONEY and PLEASURE >> NOTHING ELSE. …………………….. ( Rest in Peace Angels )
Shelley OMalley
An true enquiry should be heard and services held for children who didn’t do anything wrong or the women who have been treated so badly by the system
Christy Downs
I find it telling that the religious leaders condemned single mothers but protected pedophiles. A priest once told me, ‘We are all God’s children’. Well if that’s how you treat the children of someone you claim to love and worship than there’s a massive flaw in your beliefs
The Sheep Station Cook
“As a child in a Catholic Home, you are not somebody’s baby or little boy, you are Nobody’s Nothing. You just don’t matter, and should not even exist and should never have been born in the first place. They let you know that loud and clear all the time. People have told me that all my life. I am Nobody’s Nothing.” ― Peter B. Lockhart
Marion Weigel
How many countless crimes have been committed in the name of religion?
DaRk HoRsE
Catholic Church has so much to answer for. Thank God innocence back to the Lord. Interesting they could judge women and babies do harshly yet Mary the Lords mother was pregnant before she married Joseph….. bears thinking about!!🥰😍😇
Ekaterina
Why is it when we hear the word nun, we instantly picture a mean, spiteful, nasty person. It will take many decades to change this, if that’s even possible!
illanna christanos
These acts are the stronger reasons I could never join this religion. Punishing the innocent are so very wrong.
Martin Humble
Strange, as the Catolich Church seem to love children – in so many ways…. Bad taste aside, rest in peace angels, the shame is upon an imorral church, not you.
Katie B.
That last statement. Yes. Why were the unmarried fathers not also remanded to work houses?
Mrs Gump
Religion has a lot to answer for
Marlean Hunt
What a shame what was done here the ones responsible are the biggest sinners of all deaths here and the young girls ruin their lives by taking their babies shame on all these monsters R.I.P. little Angels an may these people pay for what they done to you all its awful
Erinti
This is one of glimpses how Hell looks like.
Amber Watson
I tried to look it up and did not find a real answer. But in that Catholic religion if you are not buried in a real catholic graveyard, are you stuck in purgatory? So not giving the babies a real resting place is even more curl is it not? Also, I am sure they were not baptized so does that affect them in the Catholic view? I know in general Christianity the babies would all be at peace and save in heaven since they are innocent of all sin. Just wondering if anyone knows.
Catherine Flanagan
I was born in ireland.my parents are both irish.god forgive the people who did this.it was never forgotten.🇮🇪😠
Debra Wheeler
I wonder where else these atrocities have happened…so disturbing.
Catfish Cave
In the name of religion the greatest atrocities are committed.
Broke Ann Broken
I heard ax-nun who recorded what happened to her in the USA. How she & others where raped and as soon as the baby’s where born the older nuns killed them by suffocation sticking 2 finger in the nose, palm over the mouth. The nun said I still love God, but those people ( carmelite nuns) where not of God. I don’t know what happened to those babies . My memory isn’t as great as it was. So sad. They should at least consecrate the ground, to give a little piece to the Moms.
Susan Rawson
My ex husband was born in one of these evil places. He stayed in ‘care’ until he was 14

For case like this that my usual pray for the victims changed to pray for those zombies who still do the practice till this day, for those who turned blind eye, for those takes part on it to suffer in this life, never found peace & I wish outbreak like covid upon them🤐

This is terrible. It would mess with a child head if they escaped from this

That was so depressing smh

Aye, am not that old and throughout my school years even I was taunted about being a bastard. It never bloody ends

People take the interpretations that came from monks/priests, etc. too literally. Maybe someone else should look at the original documents used by the clergy of old and put down a more educated version of what was truly said, not a closed society’s idea of what should have been said.
Abby Gale
This has made me real sad.
Mima Kiora
and here is what we see, comes out, when ppl simply do what they are told to do, without any critical thinking. JUST AS WE SEE NOW !
Keetah Brough
What about the society that economically supports and maintains to this day… crimes against the children. #kidsincages the people ARE to be held accountable. This is a spiritual justice.
JimBeam&Airstreams
The nuns and priests who choreographed that institution should spend time in purgatory.

There is a special place in hell for all the ones that committed these murders!

So if the kids are bastards ? What are the 2 adults that decide to have them? So this child has no control of these 2 adults that had him or her but they are labeled by more adults as bastards.. this is more than stupidity

Watching about serial killer & mass shooter, why can’t they take out people like this when they decided going on rampage😥 😷 Nevermind there’re too many evils in this world, I guess they’re same breed, that’s why they prefer the more innocence one.

Downright criminal !

This was nothing short of a holocaust and the crimes here were one’s against humanity. It disgusts me that many of the victims have not received proper burials and for now their body’s will be left in a pit like plague victims. Not in a field with marked graves, were they can be properly remembered.

I hope those nuns and religious people involve reap what they sow with the sins they committed. what they did was inhumane.
emma hinga
That’s why the cry of these innocent children and women making the Catholic Church to fall apart.

Unjust in a celtic culture the concept of illiigitmacy does not occur. There is no shame . This occurerd in concentration camps

How evil these nuns were, Starving the babies, not bathing them, nasty diapers, never changing them, and most of all, never ioving these precious babies. Ans I never understood why Catholics worship Mary, instead of God and Jesus. And the poor mothers.
Brenda Capestany
God made those babies which was a gift from God. They will have to answer for their sins against the helpless babies and their mothers.

I thought highly of Ireland until now. Really disappointed. Religion should never be made to rule a country.

Nuns all over the world are like evil bats from hell.
Dianne B. Dee
I’m going to go out on a limb and say this. It might get me some hate, but I don’t care. This whole Trans Women are Women crap is just that. Crap. They want to partake of something that is not only intrinsic, but endemic to our sex alone. That is the right to our own bodies and our own determinations. The thought men feel they can suddenly “become women” and be one of us given their years of preferential treatment and privilege given their sex is disgusting. They will never know the blood we women have spilled and the tears we’ve known in our time of being thought of the “weaker” and “depraved” sex due to a Catholic man’s perception of what our periods are. Do not ever tell me again men of any nature have the right to walk in our shoes. Not when women can be housed like slaves and lose those basic rights men have had for so long.

Unimaginable? Hardly. Centuries old, traditional Irish folk song/murder ballad – “Weela Weela Walya”, subject infanticide.
Urmel Ausdemeis
this is only one of the reasons why I left the church… I could not stand their double standards any longer! And the unwillingness of the Church to adjust to modern life! All the sexual abuse that happened all over the world 😢… etc. etc. Where were the men who impregnated these women???? I better stop here….. My heart goes out to all the mothers 😢! I cannot imagine through how much pain and suffering they had to go 😢 RIP little innocent souls 💕💕💕

The hell through which religious rome put those people based on some writings from an obscure book. People are still flocking to that infernal organization. Where was god, the holy spirit and jesus when these atrocities were being carried out? The church is not your friend.

The Catholic Church responds by saying “truth and reconciliation” is needed right now but how can this be when these evil priests and nuns didn’t offer their victims this get out of hell card All religions that is preaching anything other than The Almighty Father God, The Universal Creator the one true God. Are now cursed for their evil against the innocent’s deeds. In Jesus’s mighty name. The Guilty Must Repent Before They Pass This Life OR FACE AN ETERNITY OF THEIR OWN MAKING.

The shame of this, is most of these girls were probably pregnant as a result of rape. Then they had to endure this horror. This is the reason I’m atheist.

What a deceitful show. Scene of the crime. are you saying these babies were murdered. What was the crime. First you say too many died, then you say most babies died in Ireland in the 40s and earlier. Leave those babies alone and get a life.
