Page Descrition
The story of Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old student falsely accused of a serious crime, raising important questions about justice and accountability.
At just 18 years old, Henry Nowak faced a situation no young person should ever endure: public scrutiny, official accusations, and life-altering consequences before the truth was even clear. In the chaos of a fatal stabbing, he was handcuffed and accused under circumstances that later proved unfounded.
Cases like this expose how quickly lives can be upended by false or misleading claims. A single incident, misrepresented or misunderstood, can damage reputations, derail opportunities, and leave lasting scars that no apology can erase.
Henry’s story is a stark reminder of why fairness, careful investigation, and the presumption of innocence are not abstract principles—they are essential safeguards against injustice.
1 In memory of Henry Nowak
In memory of Henry Nowak
The video titled “In Memory of Henry Nowak” appears as a short tribute dedicated to Henry Nowak, using simple repetition of his name and reflective imagery of remembrance. It carries a quiet, memorial tone, suggesting absence and presence at the same time — that someone is not truly gone as long as they are still held in memory.Accompanied by the phrase “Beneath The English Skies”, the message evokes a sense of place and atmosphere, as if situating grief and remembrance under a wider, calm horizon. The closing line, “A person is never truly gone as long as they are remembered,” reinforces the central theme: memory as a form of continued existence.
Overall, it is a brief, contemplative tribute that focuses less on events and more on remembrance, identity, and the lingering presence of a person through memory.
De afsluitende zin “A person is never truly gone as long as they are remembered” benadrukt het centrale idee: herinnering als een vorm van voortbestaan.
2 A Guilty Verdict, But Questions Remain
This Isn’t Justice
29 mei 2026 Tomlinson Talks Episodes
Henry Nowak’s killer Vickrum Digwa has been found guilty of murder. His mother, Kiran Kaur, was found guilty of assisting an offender. Digwa will be sentenced on Monday at Southampton Crown Court. His mother will be sentenced on the 17th of July.
But justice has not been done. Why has the body cam footage of the attending police officers not been released? How did they not notice the wounds to Henry’s face and legs? Did they not see blood, despite Henry leaving a bloody trail behind him as he tried to escape while Digwa stabbed him?
Why have Digwa’s brother, Gurpreet Digwa, and father not been charged? They attended the scene, where Digwa’s mother took the murder weapon home and attempted to hide it. They restrained Nowak as he bled to death, and deceived the police during the 999 call and Henry’s arrest, inventing claims of racial abuse by Nowak to Digwa.
An apology from the police is insufficient. Until antiracism is no longer the sole animating principle of the British state, our people will continue to be sacrificed on the altar of diversity.

Betrayal – Tribute to Henry Nowak – Shame on the Southampton Police UK
4 jun 2026
Title: Betrayal — A Tribute to Henry Nowak
This ballad is dedicated to the memory of Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old British lad whose life was tragically cut short on December 3rd, 2025 in the most atrocious and aggregious of manner. With full respect to the surviving family of Henry, this song hopes to capture the profound sadness, heartbreak, and sense of systemic betrayal that surely must have been – and surely still is being – felt by his family, especially his sister Olivia understood to have been his best friend. Not only was a nation left in mourning, now that the full details of this horrendous incident have come to light, and those of us from all around the world have been alerted to the atrocious betrayal that occurred that night in December, we – as one voice representing the entire Western world – choose to remember Henry, a boy we didn’t even know we loved until now. We choose to honour his memory in any way we possibly can. This innocent lad with his entire life ahead of him, cut short because of the hatred of one pathetic little man. Please know that the entire Western world is thinking of Henry. We are thinking of him and cherishing his memory.
A tragic loss to the family, and a tragic loss to the Western hemisphere. We choose to remember Henry. As with the Bondi beach heroes here in Australia, fifteen of them taken cruelly by hatred on December 14, 2025, we choose to remember their lives, and their names. They will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace, Henry.
For Matilda.
For Henry.
Full Lyrics
[Verse 1]
An empty room, a frozen clock
The sudden silence of the shock
A winter night, a young man torn
Before the breaking of the dawn
A sister’s heart is left so broken
In the wake of racial hate unspoken.
[Verse 2]
Police arrive with their flashing lights
But there’s no comfort for Henry that hate-filled night
No hand to hold, no words of grace
Just dirty handcuffs in a dirty place
With fading breaths and cries in vain,
Old bill mocks a young boy’s dying pain.
[Chorus]
And it’s a betrayal of the highest degree
When deranged police choose not to see
The shining innocence of a native lad
Stabbed to death by a racist world gone mad.
And a heavy silence falls upon the land
Where justice slipped right through the hand
Of a handcuffed boy pleading for aid
Utterly violated and betrayed.
[Verse 3]
A future that looked so warm and bright,
Was torn to shreds on that fateful night.
Safe streets for all was the vow passed down
But security exists only for the brown.
UK police complicit in murder,
And western whites can go no further.
The killer taken for a nice warm meal,
While Henry’s body turns cold as steel.
[Chorus]
And it’s a betrayal of the highest degree
When deranged police choose not to see
The shining innocence of a native lad
Stabbed to death by a world gone mad.
And a heavy silence falls upon the land
Where justice slipped right through the hand
Of a handcuffed boy pleading for aid
Utterly violated and betrayed.
[Bridge]
The anger rises through the grief and pain
And an entire country cries out in vain.
How did the UK reach such a state,
Where the people in power choose to nurture hate?
[Crescendo]
Olivia’s tears, the parents’ broken cry!
We demand to know the reason why!
Betrayed by a system meant to defend!
With an atrocious, horrific, and evil end!
And the callous police meant to serve and protect,
Choose to honour and dignify the prime suspect.
[Outro]
The echoes fade into the dark,
A missing light, a faded spark.
Rest in peace, Dear Henry,
Rest in peace my son.
To left wing demons, cold rage will come…

The fear of being called racist was greater than dealing with Henry Nowak’s murder.
We should respond to this with pure cold rage.
Britain’s historic way of life is being thrown away.
The United Kingdom is in shock after the murder of 18-year-old student Henry Nowak. The young man was fatally stabbed in Southampton last December. Police bodycam footage has caused a stir: while Nowak lay seriously injured on the street, he was handcuffed by officers after the perpetrator falsely accused him of a racist attack. The murderer, Vickrum Digwa, has since been sentenced to life imprisonment.

Handcuffed While Dying: What the Henry Nowak Case Tells Us About British Policing
5 jun 2026
An 18-year-old lay dying on a Southampton street. Police handcuffed him — and believed the man who’d just stabbed him five times.
On 3 December 2025, Henry Nowak was murdered by Vickrum Digwa, who told officers Henry had racially abused him and knocked off his turban. It was a lie, and the trial judge said so. But it worked. Officers cuffed the victim, dismissed him as he said he’d been stabbed and couldn’t breathe, and he died where he lay. Digwa is now serving life with a minimum of 21 years; his mother was convicted of hiding the weapon.
In this video I argue that this was not one freak night — it was the predictable end point of a policing culture more frightened of appearing racist than of getting the basics wrong. And this isn’t just my read. The force’s own commissioned training survey found one in seven officers felt pressured to conform and nearly one in five feared being rejected for “saying the wrong thing.” Its anti-racism guidance openly states that equity does not mean treating everyone the same or being “colour blind.” And the government’s own Police Minister, Sarah Jones, now admits that guidance gives the wrong impression and has to be rewritten. When a Labour minister, a Police and Crime Commissioner, and a grieving father are all saying the same thing, the “far-right talking point” line falls apart.
In this video I cover:
What actually happened the night Henry Nowak died — the facts, not the spin
The false racism claim, and the knocked-off turban police read the wrong way
The bodycam footage: a dying teenager told he hadn’t been stabbed
The trial, the conviction, and the judge calling the abuse claims false
Hampshire’s mandatory “Inclusion Matters” training — and what its own survey revealed
Why the government is now rewriting the anti-racism guidance
The bigger pattern: the HMICFRS impartiality report, the High Court’s Smith ruling, and the grooming-gangs echo
This one comes from 23 years on the front line, watching this culture take hold from the inside.
If impartial policing matters to you, like, subscribe, and tell me in the comments — has the fear of being called racist made British policing less fair, not more?

The Henry Nowak Tragedy: Psychiatrist Explains Why the Police Let Him Die
4 jun 2026 LONDON
The bodycam footage of the Henry Novak tragedy is devastating to watch. But while the mainstream media races to find a political angle, what if the fatal failure was entirely psychological?
Following the heartbreaking death of Henry Novak and the subsequent street riots, Consultant Psychiatrist Dr. Raj Persaud delivers a clinical autopsy on the institutional failure that took place on the scene. Why did frontline police officers dismiss a dying man’s final gasps for air, flippantly tell him he hadn’t been stabbed, and arrest the wrong person while the actual perpetrator, Vikram Tiger, simply stood by?
Dr. Raj performs an urgent psychological intervention on the infrastructure of our public services, exposing the lethal “Cognitive Gallop” that causes police officers, politicians, and even NHS doctors to prioritize fast, visible actions over human life.
Key Clinical & Tactical Insights In This Video:
The Control Delusion: The underlying psychology of why frontline police “gallop to arrest” to show a crowd who is in charge rather than asking diagnostic questions.
Shock vs. Intoxication: How rigid neural pathways and confirmation bias caused inexperienced officers to mistake a bleeding victim entering shock for a rambling drunk.
The Culprit of Bias: How prior dispatch information regarding a “racist incident” completely blinded the officers’ objective evaluation of the crime scene.
The GP Prescribing Myth: A brilliant medical parallel. Why your family doctor rushes to hand out the wrong prescription within a chaotic 8-minute window just to deliver an “apparent outcome.”
The Politician’s Bandwagon: How the state uses knee-jerk legislation to mask the unpalatable reality of untreated psychopathy and crumbling public infrastructure.
The Thin Veneer: A sobering look at why you can no longer implicitly trust public services to protect or save you late at night—and what you must do to protect yourself.

‘Britain’s George Floyd moment’ | Patrick Christys on the public response to Henry Nowak’s murder
29 mei 2026 #police #justice #patrickchristys
‘I just can’t get around the reaction to George Floyd’s death versus the reaction to Henry Nowak’s murder.’
GB News Presenter Patrick Christys blasts Keir Starmer over his ‘silence’ on Henry Nowak’s murder, demanding the bodycam footage be released, and the police officers be held accountable. Henry Nowak was stabbed multiple times, yet responding police officers handcuffed him after the attacker falsely claimed Nowak had made racist remarks.
As Nowak lay dying, his final words mirrored George Floyd’s: ‘I can’t breathe’. 29 mei 2026 #henrynowak #uknews #ukcrime
A man has been found guilty of the murder of an 18-year-old university student by stabbing him to death with a Sikh kirpan knife.
Vickrum Digwa told police a “wicked lie” that he was the victim of a racist attack after he stabbed finance student Henry Nowak, from Chafford Hundred, Essex, five times in the incident in Belmont Road, Southampton, on December 3, 2025.
He was filmed by his victim telling him “I am a bad man” moments before the knife attack, which included two stab wounds to the back of Mr Nowak’s legs and a fatal wound to his heart.
The 23-year-old was also convicted of carrying a bladed weapon in public and his mother, Kiran Kaur, 53, was found guilty of assisting an offender by removing the weapon from the scene.

Moments before the attack, Digwa admitted on video, “I am a bad man.” Convicted of murder and carrying a bladed weapon, Digwa’s mother was also found guilty of helping him cover up the crime. Police have since apologised for handcuffing the dying victim at the scene.

‘Cowardly and two-faced’: Starmer’s shocking response to Henry Nowak death ripped apart
3 jun 2026
Sky News Digital Presenter James Bolt lashes out at “cowardly and two-faced” Keir Starmer for his shocking response to the death of Henry Nowak.
“The murder of Henry Nowak has so many echoes of George Floyd and the way society talked about it…Starmer’s response to those two issues and the differences between them is mind-boggling,” Mr Bolt said.
“Henry Nowak is now a symbol of two-tier policing in the United Kingdom. The white person lays dying, the Sikh killer gets believed.
“When the victim is a minority it is a racial problem to Keir Starmer; when the victim is white it is a knife crime problem.
“He is a couple of weeks away from being resigned to the dustbin of history; we are going to move on and forget he ever existed. It is going to be a better world.”

Henry Nowak Case: Why Was The Perpetrator Legally Allowed To Carry A Weapon?

The bodycam footage is difficult to watch.
Eighteen-year-old Henry Nowak can be heard telling police officers “I can’t breathe” as he lay dying after being stabbed. Despite his injuries, officers initially treated him as a suspect after Sikh man Vickrum Digwa, who had stabbed him with a religious knife, remained at the scene and accused him of carrying out a racist attack.
As anger grows, Henry’s family have called for calm, urging people not to use his death to spread division or hatred.

The murder of Henry Nowak, and the way he was treated by the police in his dying moments, brought the police’s anti-white bias into sharp focus.
His killers knew that by crying “racism” the police would take his side. The police treated Henry appallingly because they thought he was a “racist”. They took his phone to see if he’d sent any “racist” messages. In court, the killer’s family shouted “RACIST” at the victim’s family and the judge.
But the only racism on show was in police training materials, guidance and policy.
In this video, I look at this anti-white ideology and where it came from. I also look at the disgusting “apology” from the killer’s family (presumably written by the one remaining member of the family who hadn’t tried to cover up the murder or smear Henry).
I also look at how left-wing politicians exploited on Henry’s father’s plea for calm.
I’m pretty sure that when Henry Nowak’s father said he did not want his son’s death to create more division, he did not mean: “I want left-wing politicians and commentators to weaponise my grief to shut down debate.”
Yet that is exactly what is happening. It’s disgusting to see his words misappropriated as a political battering ram, used to attack anyone who asks difficult questions about the way Henry was treated, and about the anti-white ideology explicitly codified in the public sector.
Mr Nowak said other things. He called for a “full, fearless and transparent investigation” of the police. He said “Our family should not have to fight for the truth anymore”, “Justice in the eyes of the law has been served but justice alone is not enough” and “We want to use Henry’s heartbreaking story to make change for the better”. He said “We want his story to make our streets safer for everyone”. And he said that the police treatment of his dying son was “inhumane and degrading”.
Perhaps Starmer should pay equal heed to those pleas.
Leo Kearse examines the aftermath of Henry Nowak’s murder, arguing that calls for unity from the Nowak family have been used by politicians and commentators to deflect criticism of the police response and wider concerns about anti-white bias. The video explores the handling of the case, political reactions, and the ongoing debate surrounding race and policing in Britain.

Questions About Equal Treatment Under the Law
This discussion examines claims that Vickrum Digwa received preferential treatment while in custody following a murder case. The allegations have sparked debate about fairness, consistency, and equal treatment within the justice system.
The case has become part of a broader public conversation about whether legal standards and custodial procedures are applied equally to everyone, regardless of background. Such concerns highlight the importance of transparency, accountability, and the principle that justice should be administered fairly and impartially.
Henry Nowak – The Vexed Vicar
7 jun 2026
In this episode of Vex Vicker, I speak openly about the personal cost of standing for what I believe is truth and justice.
When I attended the march calling for answers over the death of Henry Novak, I knew there would be consequences. I knew people would attack my reputation. I knew I would be criticised simply for standing alongside people whom many consider controversial.
What I did not expect was the deafening silence from so many Christian leaders and churches.
As a Christian minister, I believe that truth matters. Justice matters. Human life matters. Whether someone is black, white, Christian, atheist, rich, poor, popular, or unpopular, every person deserves equal treatment under the law and equal dignity before God.
Despite this, I have found myself labelled a neo-Nazi, a racist, and an extremist simply for asking questions and seeking accountability. Meanwhile, important facts continue to emerge that challenge the narrative many were quick to accept.
This programme is not about political tribes. It is not about left versus right. It is about truth versus falsehood, courage versus cowardice, and whether Christians are willing to stand for justice when doing so comes at a personal cost.
I share my disappointment, my concerns, and my reflections on what Christian witness should look like in difficult times.
As always, I welcome respectful discussion in the comments.
Grace and peace.

Victor Davis Hanson: Henry Nowak, DEI’s First Victim
5 jun 2026 Victor Davis Hanson: In a Few Words
The facts are not in dispute.
Henry Nowak, a young university student was talking home one night when a 23-year-old Sikh immigrant stabbed him in the chest several times with a “ceremonial blade.”
Vickrum Digwa, the killer, told police that Nowak had racially assaulted him.
This was a lie.
The police handcuffed Nowak, leaving him to bleed out in front of them.
‘Mr. Nowak, unlike George Floyd, was not a career criminal. He was not being handcuffed because he was passing counterfeit currency and high on fentanyl and resisting arrest as Mr. Floyd was.
It’s far more egregious for police to handcuff a man bleeding on the ground than to use a standard approved measure to restrain a suspect that was resisting arrest that went south when he stopped breathing.
What was the reaction? The United States blew up for four months.
What was the reaction in Britain to Mr. Nowak? Silence, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In a Few Words.”
A commentary by Victor Davis Hanson on the death of Henry Nowak and the public reaction that followed.
Hanson argues that the facts of the case raise difficult questions about policing, media attention, and whether similar incidents receive equal public scrutiny. He contrasts the widespread reaction to some high-profile cases with the relative lack of attention given to the circumstances surrounding Nowak’s death.
Whatever one’s view of the comparison, the case invites reflection on a fundamental principle: should public concern depend on who the victim is, or should justice and accountability apply equally to everyone?
The True Story Behind the Murder of Henry Nowak
5 jun 2026 Outpost
This week, Colin examines how the killing of Henry Nowak has sparked a long overdue reckoning with issues of race, policing and justice in Britain. A system shaped by decades of anti-racism dogma has become unable or unwilling to spot racism when it falls outside the approved narrative, leaving police, politicians and the media trapped, unable to define what victimhood is in the 21st century.
Tracing the rot back to the Macpherson Report, Colin asks whether the fear of being accused of prejudice has distorted public institutions and eroded equal justice. He also reflects on the uncomfortable echoes of George Floyd, and why Nowak’s death has forced a far quieter, more reluctant response. At the centre of the episode is the haunting image of Nowak’s handcuffed hand: a symbol, Colin argues, of a country whose authorities have lost their scepticism, their nerve and their willingness to tell the truth.

For Henry: A Song Reflecting on the State of the UK
5 jun 2026 #HenryNowak #ForHenry #HenryNowakSong
❤️ ALMOST AT 10,000 SUBSCRIBERS! THANK YOU! 🙏
‘For Henry’ is a song I wrote and published on Friday 5 June when contemplating the tragic death of Henry Nowak, who was brutally murdered in 2025 by a hateful, evil person.
The song reflects my personal reaction to a tragedy that I believe raises necessary questions about justice, policing, community relations and the way race is discussed in modern Britain.
Like many people, I watched the global response to George Floyd’s death and the political and cultural changes that followed. Some of those responses very clearly deepened divisions by encouraging people to see one another primarily through the lens of race rather than our shared humanity.
And yet, where were the public outrage and kneeling government leaders when Henry’s death took place? Any outrage now results in police and Government accusing the people – as they normally do – of causing unrest and division. But when George Floyd and BLM swept the West? Well, we all know how that went…
The irony is suffocating.
This song expresses my concern that governments, institutions, media organisations and public figures all too often contribute to an atmosphere of suspicion, resentment and division when they place emphasis on racial, ethnic or religious differences (or, to the contrary, when they ignore them when they really DO matter in context).
I believe that when society becomes focused on our differences, trust begins to break down.
The views expressed in this song are my own. They are not intended to diminish any victim of injustice. In fact, quite to the contrary! This song is a call for equal justice, equal dignity and equal protection under the law for everyone, regardless of background.
I believe Henry’s death should prompt serious reflection – and more importantly, ACTION – about policing, public policy and the health of our society. It should also remind us that every human life has equal value, regardless of ethnicity or religious practice. But that doesn’t mean all worldviews and practices are compatible with whatever we think it means to be British.
My hope is not for greater division, but for a future where people are judged by their actions rather than their race, ethnicity or beliefs, and where justice is applied fairly and consistently to all.
This song is For Henry.
May he rest in peace.

5 When a Statue Comes to Life: A Frightening Surprise 😱🤣
Statu prank 🤣#statupranke #funnyrection
It’s a strange experience. Children and adults are drawn to something unusual they see: a person disguised as a statue who suddenly starts to move and respond to touch. The sudden movement scares them, causing children (and adults alike) to run away.
